I had a delightful stay at this charming hotel with breathtaking panoramic views of the town and beach. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and I loved having a gorgeous balcony to enjoy the stunning views. Even though I didn't have a meal here, the enticing smell from the restaurant was very inviting. The breakfast was basic, but it was perfectly adequate and at a great price. The location was convenient, with the old town, restaurants, and the beach just a pleasant 25-minute walk away.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and well appointed. Lots of interesting features in the hotel itself, including the restaurant. Fabulous, uninterrupted views over the bay.
There was a smell in the downstairs of the accommodation which led into the room (room 1).

As an avid traveler, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was outstanding. Moreover, the staff was really welcoming and helpful, which made me feel right at home. The hotel's location on a hill offered me a breathtaking view of the ocean, which I really enjoyed. Besides, the breakfast with fresh coffee and pastry was delicious. Lastly, the hotel's parking facilities were quite ample, making it very convenient for me.

We spenrt one night here after arriving in Spain on the ferry to Santander, The room was very comfortable and excellent value for money (we had the suite for 77.50 euros). We had a lovely view of Laredo from our balcony. The restaurant served authentic Spanish food. All members of satff were very friendly. We would definitely come here again.
The only drawback was the barking from time to time at a local dogs' home. The hotel has made complaints amd perhaps it will be removed. Nonetheless, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Spacious and clean.
Television in room was judgded defective but soon replaced. However there was no handbook and the set was too complicated for me to use. For just two nights this was of little consequence to us. The breakfast was adequate but uninspired. The hotel snack bar was excellent.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was fantastic. The panoramic views from our room were breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax with my partner. The charming and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The mini-suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was basic but adequate, with fresh orange and hot coffee. Being conveniently located near the motorway made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.
The extra charge for parking. It was a little frustrating, but at only 3 euros 50 per night, it wasn't a deal-breaker.

Could provide better breakfast choices. Balcony furniture and condition basic.

The convenience for the ferry return to the uk. Close to the motorway, comfortable and with good food.
I would probably choose something more "in town/closer to the beach" next time.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location on a hill provides stunning views of the surrounding area, especially from the terrace. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The basic amenities are all there, and the rooms with balconies offer a superb view. Additionally, the breakfast provided is enjoyable.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The room was big and large although one of the beds was a converted arm chair. This was very creaky and uncomfortable.
The hotel staff especially on the Thursday morninh were very unhelpfull and bordered on rude.

The views of Laredo Bay were spectacular. The room was actually like a mini-suite with large bedroom, siting room and balcony, and was absolutely lovely. The hotel was very well thought out and charming. After our initial experience (described below) all was great.
We had reservations for 2 months, with a check-in time of after 4 pm. We arrived and the hotel at 5:15 pm and it was closed. We had to call Booking who called the manager/owner. She said they typically opened at 7 pm, that she was on her way back from vacation, and that she would be there in 10 minutes or so, which she did. She said she had failed to check to see if there were any reservations and apologized profusely.
